Project Overview

Hatsun was one of the largest private companies in India and had a strong market presence in south India. In order to leverage the business in north India, Hatsun had decided to launch an exclusive Ice cream brand called hatsun. The company had decided to open 250 hatsun outlets all over India, to offer hatsun Ice creams in a wide variety of flavours, distinct from that of Arun Ice creams. Our Job was to increase social media reach among the target audience & drive footfalls to the outlets.

Execution

Bhatsun came to us with the challenge of increasing store visits, catering orders and local awareness, as well as to spread the word of their newly-launched shops in Tamilnadu, India to the local people.

We started to increase their visibility in Social Media Platforms and local directories in Tamilnadu, and improve their reach on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Bing and Google Maps for searches around Ice Cream shops.

In a short period of time we did the following:

  • Optimised Google Maps & Google My Business Pages
  • Gathered all business details for each location.
  • hatsun was then listed in a number of local and industry-specific directories to boost the brand’s search engine rankings and increase online reach.
  • Removed incorrect and duplicate citations
  • Google Analytics was set up to track the number of visitors and clicks from other websites.
  • Paid Online advertising in social media channels to increase brand awareness

    With the help of omni channel & content marketing platforms, we have achieved more than 168% increase in store visits of every new shop altogether which resulted in higher sales & conversions.This helped us to achieve considerable visibility and place the brand concepts in front of people.
