Tata value Home launched a housing community with all the sparks of amenities & facilities that caterers every need of an amazing atmosphere. This DTCP approved and pre-certified green development comes with over 70% open spaces. On offer at New Tata Value Homes are premium 1 and 2 BHK apartments overlooking the Green Forest and Lake with a host of facilities such as a jogging track, a skating rink, amphitheatre, business centre, library, swimming pool, banquet hall, meditation centre, restaurant and lots more. TVH gave us the liberty to take advertising in our own hands and fill the void.


Leveraging the Tata Value home brand gave us a fair advantage among the other Property Sellers. We decided to go with customised landing pages & video ads for presenting the viewers with a taste of life in property in a 30-second tour, since the beginning of the campaign counting down to booking day. Video ads were also used by the housing developer to share real life photographs & Videographs of properties as well as link ads that directed the people to the property landing page along with the carousel ads for displaying Chennai's most striking scenery in a single landing page ad.


Tata Housing was not only able to connect & engage but generated massive interest among its audience by allowing them to picture themselves living in its new Goa development.
